Delivery

PLEASE NOTE: Our working days for deliveries are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Cut off time for next day delivery is 3.30pm, Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after these times will be processed the next working day.

We offer the following options:

 Delivery inside the UK 

*There are a small number of postcodes to which next day delivery is not available. Details can be found here.

Delivery to Channel Islands 

£4.50 Royal Mail International Signed For 3 - 5 working days. Signature required.

(We can offer refunds only on returns, no exchanges).

Delivery to European countries  

£10 Royal Mail International Signed For up to 15 working days. Signature required.

(We can offer refunds only on returns, no exchanges).

 Delivery to Rest of the World  

£15 Royal Mail International Signed For up to 15 working days. Signature required.

(We can offer refunds only on returns, no exchanges).

 Tracking Information 

We will email you your Tracking Number once we have dispatched your order from our warehouse. You can then track your order status under 'My Account' until the parcel reaches you (normally next day).

Returns

Please note the returns policy only applies to items purchased from this website. Items purchased from any of our stockists must be returned direct to the retailer.

If you want to return your order for an exchange or refund please return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please ensure the items are in resalable condition:

- All packaging and tags must be in tact (our packaging is resealable).
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Any items that are damaged, marked or scented in any way (e.g. smoke / aftershave) cannot be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY UK ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE. ANY ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK CAN BE RETURNED BUT FOR A REFUND ONLY.

You will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us, but if you have selected a UK exchange, we will send the replacement item out free of charge.

We recommend for any returns that you use a Royal Mail TRACKED mail service to post back to us.

You will find full instructions on the returns note that came with your order. Please allow up to 15 working days from when you posted your items to receive exchanged items and refunds.

 Faulty / Incorrect Item 

In the unlikely event that you are returning an item to us because it was either faulty, or we sent the wrong thing, we will reimburse you the cost of postage via a cheque in the post. Please send a scan / legible photo of your postage receipt to info@lacamanda.co.uk.
